I am between 2 dress sizes 36 and 38, What size do I choose?

36, If you are between 2 dress sizes, always use the smaller dress size. The waist trainer can resize larger.

What is steel bones?
In short, it is metal support pins inside the waist trainer. The more you have, the more you will get that hourglass figure

What is the available dress sizes?
All our products have different dress size ranges but are usually between Dress Size 28/4 to Dress Size 46/22. Please have a look at our Price List for available sizes per product. 

How do I make payment?
Once completing our ‘2 Step Order Request’ form, we will send you an email and sms with an invoice attached that will contain our banking details to do an EFT

What payment methods do you have?
Currently, we process VISA, MasterCard and EFT. We don’t offer any items on credit.

How long does your delivery take?
Normally if we have the product in stock, it takes 3 to 5 days working days to process the order after receiving the payment. However, if we don’t have the product in stock, it can take up 3 – 4 weeks to process your order. If delivery time is vital, please ask if we have the item in stock. This is an estimate, in most cases, our team ensures efficient and fast delivery irrespective of the size of the order. Depending on the area orders can be delivered within 16 hours if there is no delay.

How much does delivery cost?
Courier fee is R95; we offer free delivery on orders over R700.
