All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection at our fulfilment personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:
We accept orders for exchanges only if the corset is either too big or too small. Our support team will process the exchange for the same corset and make sure the right size is delivered to you at the earliest. We do not accept any returns after five days of receipt the order. In case you receive any damaged, scratched or tampered corset, Waisting Away will offer a free exchange. We are charging a negligible fee of R400 for all exchanges or returns of your corset; our delivery team will ensure you get re-delivery of the new corset within shortest possible time.
Waisting Away does not grant a cash return for your order. For any order, if the return is requested, our team will process the application and accordingly add the item value of your order as a store credit. However, we do not provide refunds for any unexpected delay of your order at the final delivery. If there are any cases of refund, which will be solely based on management decision the order will be processed within seven working days once the issue is resolved. The amount will be paid to your bank account via EFT.
